Apply to take part in Pop Ups SA!

Simply fill in the booking form and submit.
Bookings remain open until the event, unless booked out sooner.

A $50 application fee is required when you complete an application.

Each business is carefully considered to make sure the right mix of business trade at any centre.
You will always receive a confirmation email once your booking has been submitted.
Pop Ups SA will contact each and every applicant whether they are successful or not.

*Submitting a booking form does not guarantee you a site with Pop-Ups SA* .

Payments are made via paypal on our website, or via bank transfer.

Payment MUST be made within 7 days of your acceptance email.
Sites are not confirmed until your payment has been received.
Bookings WILL be cancelled without notice if payment has not been received.

Please Note : If a date does not appear in the drop down list, it has already been booked out.

REMEMBER : A $50 application fee is required when you complete an application.  If you pay via Direct Deposit, please send us through a reciept of your transactions so we can follow it up.

If you are accepted, this amount will be taken off the total of your invoice. If you are not accepted, you will be refunded your $50.

If you fail to comply with Pop Ups SA rules and regulations, or pull out of an event once you have been accepted, the deposit will be forfeited.
